In a 2011 study of adolescents by the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London, scientists found that the brains of subjects who had not drunk water found it harder to solve problems and stay focused, compared to the teens who were well hydrated.

If you don't drink enough water, you'll eat more

A study of 45 adults by the French Institute of Public Health showed that people who drink two glasses of water before each meal consume 75-90 fewer calories during the meal and have a decreased appetite. Over the course of three months, these water drinkers lost an average of 2kg more than those who drank less. In other words, if you want to lose weight, drink more water!
